How To Contact Your Angels On Their Channel

Would you like to learn how to contact the Angels on their "channel"?

OK. Make sure you have paper and pencil or pen handy. Now become very relaxed and grounded before you start. (You learned how to ground yourself last issue in the article *How To Ground Yourself In God's Love*.)

Sit with your hands on your heart, and allow your feelings to rise. Recognize them and just be with them.

Breathe in and imagine that you are inhaling love. Breathe out and imagine exhaling any negative feelings.

Ask yourself what prevents you from making contact with your Angel. While keeping one hand on your heart, make a list of the things that are entering your mind. The questions you can ask are: "What thoughts get in the way of contacting my Angel?" Or "Do I feel I shouldn't make contact?" Or "What's preventing me from contacting my Angel?" Listen to the answers that come to your mind. Write everything down. They could be thoughts, feelings, memories.

Remember to keep yourself grounded throughout the exercise.

Now, get out a new sheet of paper. Make two columns. Label the left side HOLD and the right side RELEASE. Continue sitting quietly with your hands on your heart, while focusing your attention on your heart.

Start with the first thing on the list you just made. Let's say it's anger.

Experience everything that has affected you that pertains to anger. Has your breathing changed?

Are you more tense or relaxed? Continue to breathe in love and breathe out any negative feelings, tension, or pain.

When do you remember first having this feeling of anger? Who or what triggered it?
Breathe in compassion, for yourself and all who were involved. Breathe out any criticism and blame that you felt or continue to feel.

Explore this feeling in your mind and in your body. Explore where it came from, where it has gotten you, and what it has taught you. Then, see if you are ready and willing to release it. If you are, then write it down on your RELEASE side of the new list. If you aren't, write it down on the HOLD side.

Go down your first list and work with each, item by item. Write down all you are willing to release under the RELEASE column, and all that you are not ready to release in the HOLD column.

Honor your feelings. Trust that you are ready to release the ones you are ready to release and ready to hold on to the ones you feel the need to hold on to. Know that when it is right for you, you will release the old feelings. Won't that feel wonderful?

When you have released your negative feelings you are able to contact the Angels on their channel. Their channel of love. ^j^
